Type O Negative - Testosterone (2020 Reissue)

Part of Roadrunner's 2020 reissue series, this curious 1996 design has resurfaced. Not fitting any specific album theme, it's typically associated with the October Rust era, the original baring a 1996 (and in rarer long sleeve versions, 1997) copyright. It could be considered a precursor to ideas that would surface later, as the "Above All Things, Be a Man" and "None For All" themes would be incorporated in Life Is Killing Me. While the rear print speaks for itself, the front is likely a representation of the group; the four arrows each being a member. Oddly placed is what looks like a road marker you'd see on a guard rail or when approaching an underpass, although this is likely an homage to Peter's car, which had a similar trim design.

Looks awesome man, nice one! How is the quality? Also never knew that those road markings on the front were an homage to Peter Steele's car... I had to look that thing up hahaha. Straight out of a Mad Max film. I ordered the LS of this, hopefully it arrives soon!

The print quality is great on the reissues, I'm happy it's an actual screen print and that they didn't go the digital route. They're printed on a heavy cotton AllStyle shirt that feels almost exactly like the baggy saggy '90s (maybe just a slight touch of the modern soft feel). I'd actually ordered the long sleeve myself, a couple weeks before Christmas, and they sent me this one instead. After a little back-and-forth with Roadrunner, they said they weren't sending out exchanges at this time, so they just ended up refunding this portion of my order. It was basically a free shirt!

Dude funny you mentioned that, I finally got my order today and got the short sleeve instead of the LS that I ordered! Aaagh. Those warehouse workers must be totally underwater right now... I'll see if I can get the difference refunded like you did. At least the short sleeve is super cool too!
