Type O Negative - Christian Woman

Type O Negative's "Christian Woman" shirt came in a few long and short sleeve variations, but it seems safe to call this one the standard. This short sleeve version features the maxi-single cover art and the common green/sea foam/white back print. Artist Syd Edwards, whose work donned a few of their 1990s prints (including Pyromantic), has a signature subtly included in the rear print, however, this one's screens didn't line up exactly during the double layering and his signature is very obscured - a true testament to hand-made nuance. The shirt is excellent, near-mint condition with some scattered discoloring in the white ink of the rear.

I like this shirt but I would never wear this out in public because of the artwork on the back, lol.

Nice one. I noticed patches of these were available but could never wear it in public. Let alone a shirt, it takes courage ha ha. Nice one though and I'm sure it's rare.

I just recently found one just like this with the signature obscured on the back. Print on front especially around the copyright is exactly the same. Where did u find it??

This particular one, I copped off Etsy around the time I posted it here. Typically when a lot of nuances line up like that, they came from the same print batch at the same facility. Your copyright has the white base print showing under the green too?

Yeah exactly. I got it off Etsy too and it was like new. Too new...... which has me questioning it. It even has the blue grape tag. Just trying to figure out if I got duped with a high end fake. I’ll post it later today. All the imperfections line up with yours!!! I think mine definitely came from the same printer as yours!
