It's been debated whether or not this modern "Black No. 1" issue is official merchandise, but it's certainly seen wide enough in-store distribution to merit an entry here. This version is basically an amalgam of later variations of the original '94 Blue Grape print, including the now-vibrant green hue, and the October Rust-era photography previously seen on a rare teal-tinted Blue Grape reissue from the late '90s (which itself may have been a bootleg as it curiously retained the original 1994 copyright). Finally, while the image crop is much tighter than on the original, the text is less bold and more consistent with the spine text on their early CDs than the classic logo. No copyright information nor tag identifier is present.
