'Suffocate' was one of a few Ænima-era prints that resembled each other quick glance. Like many of the album's shirts, it featured a full Cam de Leon design on the back, which would be cropped to fit in and under the logo on the front (this one strongly resembling the 'Bite Me' shirt of the same era). Nothing about the shirt particularly references Ænima; in fact, the title itself always reminded me of "Swamp Song" from Undertow, and it's likely the band simply needed some new merchandise in the late 1990s. At some point in my "creative" adolescence, I had printed T O O L on a piece of decal paper and "spruced up" the back by ironing the letters in each of the four corners. The paper had as much staying power as Limp Bizkit, and left what now look like black paint stains. With its heavy case of vagina collar, mine is on the verge of retirement.

Thank you, man! Yeah, just years of collecting and gawking mindlessly at the shirts, you notice little details and differences between versions.
