To the best of my knowledge, this color scheme was only available in short sleeve on Canadian Artimonde-licensed shirts. This one (as well as its hoodie counterpart I've also listed) bares both the Artimonde and domestic Giant licensing, although the 1994 copyright text is absent. This shirt's fabric and design are in excellent shape, although it did encounter some bleach around the shoulder at some point.
Without ever having seen a Canadian version with that back print, I'd say at least the majority of them were domestic Giant tags (I've seen it on both versions of the Giant-licensed front print, however; the common red rectangle and the hollow white ink logo). I certainly wouldn't rule out that a Canadian Artimonde version exists though. I didn't even know they did a Medicine Twins hoodie until I copped it off eBay a couple years ago. The only version I would safely say never got that rear print (and again, I could be wrong) is the standard white shirt with black ink.
