Eternal Mystery

I've seen Eternal Mystery about 10 times since the fall of 2010. Broc started out Eternal Mystery with a black metal sound, then moved to grind. There were two people for the black metal stuff. Then when the style changed, it was a solo band for several years. Eventually, others joined, but for a while, there was no drummer, and live shows had a drum machine and it was like Amoebic Dysentery. Eventually a drummer was found, and he was so fast, that some of the songs actually sped up when he joined. The band broke up in early 2011, and reformed with an altered line-up under the name Oppressed, playing slam/sludge. The main person(Broc) in Eternal Mystery also was in an international grind band called Rehumanize, with Filipe(Encryptor, Sorrowstorm, Northern Ash). They both have impressive reputations in the underground Christian grind world, and now Filipe is retired from music, and Broc is in several other bands, including Oppressed.
