Blood Incantation LS Shirt Stay Space

Looking for any information about this LS Shirt. My initial reaction was that it might be fan-made, but you don't see a lot of bootlegs that print on the sleeves. Also, on the left sleeve, it says "Stay Space" which clearly falls in line with the Spectral Voice "Stay Death" motif. As a collector of BI shirts, I didn't think twice when I saw this pop up on eBay...even if it wasn't an official BI shirt release. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Silver Gildan Tag, so definitely from within the last 4 years or so.

Saying 100% a bootleg. Been following the band closely for years and have never seen this one ( Also gotta mention that its absolutely horrendous looking... Its all over the place :D )
