After the Top 40 blunder that was 1979's Fire Power, Legs Diamond called it a day as they were broke and out of good ideas. That is until 1984 when they returned with a vengeance! Out on Bail is a great example of a 70s band out to prove they're not dinosaurs among the changing landscape of metal at that time.
