Hi my new kutte,
a long sewing winter, and finally 121 patches on this battle jacket.
The whole pocket still usable.
I'm happy to share this one with you

Man that Rigor Mortis pocket is perfect. How confident were you about doing that btw? Did you have spares in case?

For the pocket, I made a buttonhole so that the patch does not fray. normally it should resist.
For the edges I cut and used a black cloth with curved edges to remake the border.
if it were to be redone I would cautorize the hole and edges to the flame.

How would you go about cauterizing the hole? Seems a tricky one.

with a flame, or with a hot needle.
the patch wires are soldering with heat and no fraying

I get that part, just doing it around a hole in particular seems like it would be tricky. And was wondering, if there were any tips.

if you are worried, try with a patch that you will not use

Ca m'a pris tout l'hiver
J'ai attaqué fin octobre à peu près. J'avais pour objectif de la terminer pour cet été, mais quand j'ai eu mon billets pour le KIT ça a accéléré les choses. Du coup, presque tout les soirs de la semaine pendant une bonne paire de mois et ca a été plié
